* Spearhead student counseling initiatives, delivering personalized guidance and support throughout the higher education abroad process. * Drive lead engagement through strategic telephonic counseling, inviting prospects to in-person consultations and fostering meaningful connections. * Develop and maintain expertise in admission requirements, study visa processes, and application procedures for top destinations, including the UK, Australia, Canada, USA, Sweden, Netherlands, Denmark, and the EU. * Leverage social media platforms to showcase institutional knowledge, creating engaging content through photo and video shoots, as well as live sessions. * Foster strong client relationships through social media and telemarketing efforts, providing timely and effective support to students navigating the higher education landscape. * Collaborate with foreign university delegates, building partnerships and staying abreast of industry trends and developments. * Represent the organization at fairs, events, and other external engagements, promoting the company's mission and values. * Prioritize student success, demonstrating a willingness to go above and beyond to address unique needs and concerns. * Execute tasks and projects assigned by management, driving results and contributing to the company's overall growth and objectives.
