Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead financial management, overseeing all accounting and financial activities to drive factory operations.
• Develop and maintain precise financial statements, reports, and records, ensuring transparency and compliance.
• Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger, to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.
• Architect and implement robust budgeting, financial planning, and cost control strategies to optimize factory performance.
• Deliver timely and insightful financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, informing management decisions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, financial regulations, and tax requirements, mitigating risk and promoting compliance.
• Foster collaborative relationships with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and coordination.
• Monitor and manage payroll, supplier payments, and other financial obligations, ensuring timely and accurate settlements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance.
• Drive the accounts team's productivity and accuracy, providing guidance and supervision to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional results.

Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Committed and reliable
