* Spearhead the creation of innovative accessories, driving the development of woven labels, printed labels, tags, elastics, packaging items, and more. * Architect product feasibility by analyzing buyer requirements, tech packs, and samples, ensuring seamless integration with design and sampling teams. * Drive sample development, guaranteeing timely delivery and adherence to buyer specifications. * Collaborate with production teams to ensure a smooth transition from development to bulk production, monitoring production readiness and ensuring delivery deadlines and quality standards are met. * Champion cost optimization, working with commercial and merchandising teams to prepare product costing, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement process improvements that boost production efficiency and minimize waste. * Foster cross-functional partnerships with merchandising, quality, commercial, and procurement teams, facilitating open communication with buyers and ensuring departmental alignment with development timelines. * Ensure the highest quality standards, working closely with the QA team to conduct risk assessments, secure pre-production approvals, and maintain compliance with factory and buyer requirements. * Develop and maintain robust documentation systems, tracking development progress, sample status, and production reports, and preparing regular updates for management review.
