Key Responsibilities

* Engage with clients through strategic meetings, site visits, and project briefings to ensure alignment and understanding.
* Drive design development by creating precise drawings and models that bring concepts to life.
* Develop and refine 3D models and visualizations with speed and accuracy, enhancing the design process.
* Collaborate with clients to resolve design-related issues and provide tailored support.
* Present design concepts and solutions to clients through compelling meetings and presentations, driving project success.
* Adapt to evolving project needs by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in design and project delivery
- Expertise in architectural concept development, planning, and building design
- Strong command of AutoCAD
- Experience in industrial, commercial & residential project design work
- Excellent understanding of BNBC, fire safety codes, and local authority regulations
- Strong presentation, communication, and client-handling skills
- Experience in managing projects from concept to completion
- Creative problem-solving and design optimization skills
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on quality, innovation, and timely delivery
- Fast SketchUp/Others modelling and 3D visualization skills
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques
- Familiarity with RAJUK rules and approval processes
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative design team
