Jr. Executive / Executive- MIS

* Drive daily order entry and updates to ensure seamless operations * Architect and manage item masters and vendor databases to optimize supply chain efficiency * Lead budget revisions and updates to align with changing business needs * Collaborate with merchandisers to provide day-to-day ERP support for procurement and inventory management * Partner with sourcing, purchasing, and procurement teams to facilitate ERP activities and drive business growth * Support commercial teams in updating sales contracts and export invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance * Develop and deliver ERP training programs for new users across merchandising, sourcing, commercial, and production teams * Identify and troubleshoot system bugs, analyzing data to resolve issues and reporting to supervisors * Gather user requirements and work with development teams to coordinate system upgrades and enhancements * Manage special projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors to drive business excellence and support company objectives
