Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships in the stationery and FMCG sectors.
* Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve monthly targets and increase market share.
* Manage and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Architect and implement effective sales plans to penetrate new markets and increase product availability.
* Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
* Foster a culture of excellence by providing exceptional customer service, support, and communication to retail partners.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product distribution, inventory management, and sales support.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors to drive sales growth and customer acquisition.
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including new retail partners and channels, to expand the company's market presence.
* Deliver regular sales updates and performance reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
