Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development of annual and project-based marketing plans, driving alignment with sales objectives and positioning projects across luxury, mid-range, and affordable segments.
* Architect and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital) that propel sales growth and maximize ROI.
* Drive lead generation through strategic planning and management of campaigns across Facebook, Google, YouTube, and property portals, with a focus on optimizing performance and reducing acquisition costs.
* Champion the company's digital presence by managing social media platforms, coordinating content creation, and overseeing SEO/SEM strategies to boost website traffic and inquiries.
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, developing brochures, flyers, and project profiles, and collaborating with creative agencies to bring the brand vision to life.
* Design and deliver impactful events, including property fairs, site events, and promotional campaigns, that drive customer engagement and conversion.
* Foster close collaboration with the sales team to streamline lead flow, provide marketing support, and track lead-to-sale conversion, identifying areas for improvement.
* Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of the competition, studying buyer behavior, identifying new marketing channels, and uncovering growth opportunities in the Bangladesh real estate market.
* Oversee marketing budget planning and management, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution, tracking expenses, and evaluating the ROI of all marketing activities.
* Manage CRM systems to ensure seamless lead tracking and reporting, generating daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports, and presenting data-driven insights to management to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- MBA in Marketing
Additional
- Knowledge of Bangladesh real estate market
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong coordination with internal teams and external vendors
- Willingness to travel for site visits and events
