Key Responsibilities
* Lead high-quality interactions with US-based clients and students, leveraging exceptional English communication skills to deliver accurate information and support.
* Architect seamless virtual meetings with clients and students via platforms like Zoom or Google Meet, ensuring engaging and productive discussions.
* Drive client and student satisfaction by providing timely, clear, and professional communication, ensuring high levels of engagement and loyalty.
* Manage Student Data Management System software, ensuring accurate data sharing among team members and stakeholders.
* Utilize computer software and digital collaboration tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Trello/CRM systems) to optimize workflow and productivity.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including student admission, attendance, and exam records, as well as reports, trackers, and schedules.
* Update CRM systems and internal trackers with daily progress, follow-up actions, and key performance indicators.
* Assist in scheduling, data entry, and report generation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project management, service delivery, and issue resolution.
* Meet deadlines and maintain accountability for assigned tasks, demonstrating a results-driven and organized approach.
* Provide documentation, reporting, and project support, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
* Foster a collaborative spirit, working closely with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
* Ensure seamless collaboration under the DoPeace–PITC partnership, working under the direct supervision of the Project Manager.
* Support operational, backend, and administrative tasks, as assigned by the Project Manager, to ensure efficient project delivery.
* Perform financial tasks, including adding charges to student accounts and following up on fund receivables.
* Deliver technical support to PITC students, instructors, and other stakeholders, resolving issues and providing timely assistance.
* Adapt to evolving project requirements, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
