Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with approved manpower requisitions and standard operating procedures.
* Deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, setting them up for success.
* Oversee compensation and benefits administration, adhering to relevant rules and regulations.
* Manage and update employee databases to facilitate seamless HR operations.
* Drive performance management initiatives, providing support and implementation expertise.
* Architect organizational development efforts, including job analysis, evaluation, and organogram creation.
* Design and implement annual training plans, identifying needs and delivering targeted programs.
* Facilitate a range of training modalities, from classroom sessions to on-the-job training, mentorship, and workshops.
* Navigate employee relations, addressing disciplinary and grievance issues in accordance with legal and company standards.
* Develop and disseminate internal communications, including office circulars, memos, and caution letters.
* Administer employee benefits, such as provident funds, health insurance, and staff insurance, ensuring timely renewals.
* Maintain accurate daily attendance records in payroll software and support regular payroll operations.
* Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and a solutions-focused approach.
