Key Responsibilities
* Drive the development and delivery of comprehensive Japanese language training programs, focusing on speaking, listening, and workplace communication skills, and preparing students for JLPT, JFT-Basic, and other assessments.
* Architect a complete Training and Assessment Plan, incorporating structured levels, caregiver-specific Japanese terminology, and cultural training to equip students with the skills and knowledge required for caregiver roles in Japan.
* Lead the integration of caregiver pathway training, aligning with Japan's caregiver requirements under SSW and TITP, and incorporating essential skills such as elderly care communication, daily living support vocabulary, and emergency response communication.
* Design and implement a robust assessment system, featuring weekly/monthly language assessments, mock exams, practical assessments, and final competency evaluations that meet employer expectations.
* Develop and refine high-quality training materials, including custom Japanese language modules, caregiver vocabulary guides, audio-visual resources, and assessment tools to support student learning and success.
* Manage student readiness and placement preparation, conducting mock interviews, behavioural and cultural training sessions, and preparing students for Japanese employer interviews and workplace integration.
* Champion program quality and improvement, ensuring training meets JLPT/JFT standards and Japanese employer expectations, and continuously refining the curriculum based on student performance, industry feedback, and emerging trends.

- Bachelor/Honors
- JLPT N2 or above
Additional
- 420-hour Japanese Language Teaching Certification or equivalent
