Officer/Executive - Production

* Drive production efficiency by designing and implementing effective machine layouts to meet schedules and targets. * Oversee and manage all production processes, including sewing, cutting, and preparation, to ensure seamless operations and hourly production targets are met. * Provide daily production updates to the production head, highlighting progress, challenges, and areas for improvement. * Lead and supervise a team of subordinates, delegating tasks, and coordinating with other departments to achieve production goals. * Monitor and track production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure target achievement. * Collaborate with higher management to secure necessary support and resources to meet production targets, escalating issues promptly when necessary. * Hold team leaders accountable for target achievement, addressing shortfalls, and taking swift corrective action to get production back on track. * Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic production environment, adhering to company standards and regulations. * Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging subordinate participation in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. * Apply cost-minimization principles while ensuring high-quality products, leveraging knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making. * Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to driving business success.
