• Spearhead process optimization initiatives to enhance production workflows and efficiency • Drive productivity gains through rigorous time and motion studies, including Standard Minute Value (SMV) calculations • Architect and implement line balancing strategies to maximize output and minimize waste • Identify and mitigate production bottlenecks, reducing losses and improving overall throughput • Champion the adoption of lean manufacturing methodologies, including 5S and Kaizen, to foster a culture of continuous improvement • Track and analyze daily production performance, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions • Develop and maintain capacity planning and production reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders • Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, and Planning teams to drive alignment and achieve shared goals • Deliver cost savings and productivity enhancements, driving business growth and competitiveness through operational excellence
