Aqua Service Officer (ASO)

• Spearhead on-site visits to assigned fish farms and hatcheries, driving operational excellence and delivering tailored support. • Foster and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, including fish farmers, hatchery operators, and customers, to ensure seamless collaboration. • Drive business growth by actively contributing to the company's strategic objectives and promoting aqua products to a diverse range of stakeholders. • Empower field teams through comprehensive training on aqua products, disease management, treatment strategies, and core selling points. • Architect and lead engaging meetings and seminars, facilitating knowledge sharing and industry insights. • Champion additional initiatives and projects as assigned by Management, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence.
