Key Responsibilities
* Drive business growth by securing high-volume Knit fabric orders through strategic networking with key stakeholders, including buying houses, RMG factories, and subcontracting partners.
* Architect and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships, ensuring a strong pipeline of B2B orders.
* Foster and maintain a robust network of subcontracting clients, negotiating pricing, terms, and technical specifications to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
* Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, coordinating with subcontracted suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
* Manage the sales process from inception to completion, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving timely payment collection to minimize outstanding receivables.
* Oversee logistics and supply chain operations to ensure efficient transportation of goods, aligning with production departments to optimize efficiency and profitability.
* Develop and maintain detailed client profiles, order records, and production documentation to inform sales strategies and improve customer relationships.
* Analyze sales performance, providing weekly reports, forecasts, and updates to management, and adjusting strategies to meet defined sales targets and drive business growth.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Accounts, to ensure accurate invoicing, timely payment collection, and minimal outstanding receivables, ultimately driving revenue and profitability.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
