Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth by promoting and selling women's clothing products in designated territories
* Foster and maintain strategic relationships with retailers and clients to ensure long-term partnerships
* Deliver results-driven performance by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and weekly sales targets
* Spearhead order collection and coordination with the delivery team to ensure seamless customer experience
* Explore new business opportunities by regularly visiting markets and expanding the customer network
* Provide actionable insights through daily and weekly sales reports to inform business decisions
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Higher Secondary
- Diploma
Additional
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales
- Experience in clothing/fashion industry will be preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Must be hardworking, honest, and responsible
