Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead showroom operations to deliver a seamless luxury retail experience, driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
* Architect personalized engagement strategies to drive high-value sales, foster long-term relationships with premium clients, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Lead the sales team to achieve consistent sales performance, tracking and analyzing reports to inform data-driven decisions.
* Drive visual merchandising excellence, maintaining brand standards and ensuring inventory accuracy, stock control, and product security.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences, handling VIP clients and high-value transactions with professionalism and resolving concerns efficiently.
* Develop and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance reviews to motivate and inspire excellence.
* Manage staff schedules, attendance, and team grooming, etiquette, and service quality to maintain a positive and productive work culture.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and management, to support campaigns, events, and product launches.
* Develop and implement robust reporting systems, providing sales, inventory, and performance insights to inform business decisions.
* Champion security and compliance protocols, ensuring strict adherence to cash handling, billing accuracy, and audit procedures, while maintaining confidentiality of business and customer data.
