* Spearhead procurement initiatives by leveraging in-depth technical expertise across the entire procurement lifecycle. * Drive strategic sourcing of technical components, including machinery, electrical, and mechanical parts, to support garment and textile factory operations. * Collaborate with suppliers using precise technical specifications to ensure seamless communication and effective partnerships. * Manage complex Bills of Quantity (BOQs) from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement standards. * Analyze and compare prices, validate quotations, and negotiate terms to secure best-value deals. * Develop and manage budget plans, facilitating approval processes to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. * Oversee bulk procurement requirements across multiple factory units, ensuring timely delivery and inventory management. * Utilize ERP systems, such as Logic, to generate reports, track procurement progress, and optimize procurement operations.
