* Spearhead client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and driving business growth through proactive lead generation and strategic account management. * Architect tailored event plans, translating client objectives into actionable proposals, concepts, and timelines that exceed expectations. * Drive client satisfaction, managing expectations and delivering regular updates to ensure seamless communication and long-term partnerships. * Lead cross-functional teams, overseeing end-to-end event operations, including planning, logistics, vendor management, and onsite execution to deliver flawless events. * Develop and execute detailed event plans, production schedules, and operational checklists, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards. * Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams, including design, creative, production, logistics, and technical stakeholders, to bring events to life. * Negotiate and manage vendor partnerships, ensuring compliance with safety, compliance, and company standards. * Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution within approved budgets. * Identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing innovative solutions to increase operational efficiency and enhance event quality. * Stay ahead of industry trends, monitoring developments and suggesting innovative ideas, event formats, and experiential solutions to drive client engagement. * Supervise internal teams, allocating resources and manpower to meet project requirements and ensuring tasks are completed effectively. * Maintain accurate project files, reports, and post-event evaluations, providing valuable insights for future events.
