Manager - Commercial (Export & Import)

* Spearhead export operations by orchestrating comprehensive documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, to ensure seamless global trade. * Foster collaborative relationships with buyers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to drive efficient shipment processes and meet buyer requirements. * Oversee export letter of credit and teletransfer terms, ensuring strict compliance and timely shipment execution. * Navigate import processes for raw materials, machinery, and accessories, streamlining LC opening, amendment, and documentation. * Drive customs clearance and compliance, working closely with C&F agents, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate HS Code application and duty/tax adherence. * Cultivate strong bank relationships to facilitate LC, BTB LC, EDF, and loan settlement, while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements from Bangladesh Bank, Customs, and Bond authorities. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, store, and merchandising, to optimize logistics and freight operations, minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency. * Develop and maintain meticulous records of commercial documents and reports, providing actionable insights on shipment, import, and export status to inform business decisions. * Ensure audit readiness by preparing and maintaining audit-related documents, both internal and external, to guarantee compliance and transparency.
