Key Responsibilities
• Drive business growth by architecting innovative sales strategies, setting ambitious quotas, and launching targeted initiatives to expand revenue and market share.
• Lead high-performing sales teams by recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring top talent, and fostering a culture of motivation and excellence to surpass performance goals.
• Analyze and optimize sales performance by leveraging CRM tools to track key metrics, identify trends, and deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership.
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close, and resolve complex customer issues to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to align messaging, enhance customer engagement, and drive business outcomes.
• Oversee sales department budgeting, including expense planning, approval, and monitoring, to ensure fiscal responsibility and strategic resource allocation.
