* Deliver high-quality patient care by adhering to clinical guidelines and protocols, ensuring exceptional health outcomes. * Conduct routine diagnostic checks, administer medications, and perform injections, while maintaining accurate patient records. * Drive effective patient management by preparing patients for examinations, monitoring vital signs, and providing guidance on health and wellness. * Collaborate with medical doctors to prepare daily reports, ensuring seamless communication and continuity of care. * Lead patient triage, infection control, and prevention efforts, while providing counseling and promoting cleanliness and hygiene practices. * Architect and support outreach health programs, fostering partnerships with health NGOs, volunteers, and community stakeholders to advance preventive health initiatives. * Manage medical equipment, supplies, and medications, ensuring adequate stock levels, organization, and expiration date compliance. * Support medical doctors in identifying priority health needs, monitoring disease outbreaks, collecting statistical data, and participating in health awareness campaigns. * Provide comprehensive maternal and child health services, including ANC, PNC, normal delivery, inpatient care, and immunization programs. * Oversee facility-level documentation and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely submission of records and reports as needed. * Coordinate leave schedules with the respective Field Worker/Supervisor, ensuring minimal disruption to facility services and patient care. * Develop contingency plans for extended leave periods, deploying reserve midwives to maintain uninterrupted facility operations.
