Officer/Sr. Officer-Production Planner- Akij Poly Fibre Industries Ltd.

• Drive production planning by developing and executing monthly, weekly, and daily schedules that align with sales forecasts and business objectives. • Architect factory-level production schedules that translate demand plans into actionable strategies. • Lead cross-functional collaborations with Factory Heads, Production Managers, and Shift Supervisors to create realistic and achievable production plans. • Optimize production workflows by proactively identifying and mitigating potential bottlenecks, line stoppages, and idle time. • Monitor and analyze daily production performance, making real-time adjustments to plans as needed to ensure seamless operations. • Foster strategic partnerships with Material Planning, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to guarantee material readiness and minimize supply chain disruptions. • Inform maintenance planning to prevent unplanned downtime and ensure production continuity. • Develop and distribute daily production status reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards to stakeholders. • Champion Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and contribute to cross-functional planning forums to drive business growth. • Uphold quality, food safety, and regulatory standards by ensuring compliance and adherence to relevant protocols. • Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing productivity, efficiency, and planning accuracy to drive business excellence.
