Key Responsibilities

* Drive compliance with Public Procurement Rules (PPR) 2025, leveraging in-depth knowledge to inform tender preparation and submission. * Architect tender documents that adhere to Standard Tender Documents (STD) and PPR guidelines, ensuring precision and accuracy. * Lead market research and analysis to identify and track government tender opportunities through multiple channels, including the e-GP portal. * Analyze and interpret tender requirements, including technical and commercial specifications, to inform strategic decision-making. * Develop concise tender summaries and reports to facilitate management review and decision-making. * Collaborate with management to evaluate pre-tender requirements, prepare BOQs, conduct costing analyses, and assess potential risks. * Manage the development of comprehensive tender documentation, including BOQs, costing sheets, technical proposals, and compliance documents. * Oversee the tender submission process, ensuring timely and accurate e-GP and manual submissions. * Ensure adherence to government procurement policies and tender regulations, mitigating potential risks and ensuring compliance. * Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including procuring entities, banks, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments. * Facilitate effective communication, handling tender clarifications, correspondence, and follow-ups with relevant authorities. * Support contract finalization and project execution post-tender award, driving successful project outcomes. * Pursue outstanding payments and collections related to awarded tenders, ensuring timely and efficient financial management. * Maintain meticulous records, documentation, and reporting of all tender activities, ensuring transparency and accountability. * Embrace a flexible and adaptive approach, undertaking additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to drive business success.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

Additional

  • Strong understanding of government tenders and procurement procedures
  • Good analytical and documentation skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tender processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and e-GP system operations
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
