Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead a high-performing Sales team to achieve ambitious targets and drive business growth.
* Proactively engage with potential customers through multi-channel outreach, fostering awareness and converting leads into sales.
* Deliver against monthly targets set by senior management, providing timely and accurate reports to inform business decisions.
* Maintain meticulous records of sales performance, customer interactions, and team member evaluations to optimize results.
* Oversee seamless sales administration and customer service operations, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
* Nurture and expand client relationships by offering expert support, guidance, and strategic recommendations.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
* Analyze and synthesize data to create insightful weekly and monthly reports, driving data-informed decision-making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to the organization's success.
* Prioritize and manage daily tasks and responsibilities, leveraging a To-Do list to maximize productivity.
* Identify and capitalize on business opportunities by assessing market prospects, analyzing sales options, and developing strategic plans.
* Build and maintain strong, direct relationships with clients, providing personalized updates on projects and services.
* Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets set by departmental leaders, demonstrating a results-driven approach.
* Conduct site visits to showcase project features, progress, and prospects, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the project and its vision.
* Stay up-to-date on government regulations, real estate development rules, and industry standards, ensuring compliance and informed decision-making.
* Develop a deep understanding of the project's mission and vision, effectively communicating it to stakeholders and team members.
