• Spearhead technical support and maintenance for Skin Analyzer and Hair Analyzer devices across all store locations, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance. • Drive data accuracy and integrity by managing customer records, reports, and system data generated from analyzer devices, ensuring compliance and reliability. • Empower store staff with technical expertise and guidance on device operation, analysis procedures, and product recommendations, elevating their skills and knowledge. • Architect and deliver comprehensive training programs for store personnel on the effective use of analyzer devices, enhancing their proficiency and confidence. • Foster collaborative relationships with brand teams to advance product analysis, updates, and technical coordination, driving business growth and innovation. • Pioneer research initiatives on skin, hair, and scalp analysis to enhance service quality, device accuracy, and customer satisfaction, staying ahead of industry trends. • Participate in the development and testing of emerging technologies, providing expert feedback and insights to inform implementation strategies. • Conduct site visits to troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime. • Coordinate with vendors to implement system updates, device performance enhancements, and logistics optimization, driving continuous improvement. • Oversee device logistics, including transportation, installation, relocation, and inventory management, ensuring efficient and effective device deployment. • Develop and maintain precise records of device locations using SAP codes and device numbers, enabling real-time tracking and monitoring. • Deliver remote technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving iPad-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions. • Design and conduct in-depth case studies on skin, hair, and scalp conditions, advancing knowledge and expertise in these areas. • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to drive device-related modifications, coordination, and process improvements, ensuring seamless integration and support.
