Key Responsibilities

* Drive customer satisfaction by resolving service requests and complaints, escalating complex issues to specialized teams as needed. * Architect efficient service workflows by creating and assigning SAP notifications to customer service engineers, ensuring timely task completion. * Manage material requests from service engineers, collaborating with logistics teams to ensure seamless execution. * Develop and compile comprehensive customer service reports, including installation, maintenance, and protocol documents, to inform business decisions. * Lead reconciliation efforts, providing detailed reasoning and resolving open notification lists to ensure data accuracy and process optimization.
