Key Responsibilities
* Drive business growth by fostering strong relationships with hardware retail shops and securing orders through regular visits and strategic engagement.
* Lead the promotion and sales of hand tools and power tools to retailers and customers, leveraging product expertise to meet their needs.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market expansion.
* Manage order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and payment follow-up to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers, providing personalized support and resolving issues promptly.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding market coverage and acquiring new customers to drive growth.
* Oversee payment collection, submitting timely reports to ensure seamless financial operations.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics.
* Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, handling complaints and providing after-sales support via multiple channels.
* Champion company sales policies, terms, and conditions, ensuring compliance and adherence to guidelines.
