• Spearhead the development of innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets • Uncover new business opportunities in key segments, including corporate, travel, and group markets • Boost hotel profitability by increasing room occupancy, banquet sales, and food and beverage revenue • Foster strong, lasting relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners to secure repeat business • Drive sales growth through regular outreach, meetings, and presentations that showcase the hotel's unique value proposition • Manage and negotiate key accounts, contracts, and agreements to maximize revenue and minimize costs • Architect and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that leverage online and offline platforms to reach target audiences • Champion the hotel's brand and reputation through effective promotions, advertising, and social media management • Develop and implement seasonal promotions, packages, and offers that drive bookings and revenue • Oversee the coordination of digital marketing activities, including social media, email, and website content • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform sales and marketing strategies • Provide actionable sales insights and recommendations through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analysis • Inform pricing strategies through demand forecasting and market analysis • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team through coaching, training, and performance management • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor team progress and achievement • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B, to drive hotel-wide sales and revenue growth
