Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead corporate sales growth by securing high-value B2B clients for training programs, leveraging industry expertise and strategic partnerships. * Architect and execute business development strategies to uncover new opportunities, forge partnerships, and drive institutional deals. * Drive key account management (KAM) to expand and nurture high-revenue relationships, delivering tailored training solutions that meet clients' evolving needs. * Facilitate engaging prospect and client meetings, presentations, and proposals to showcase training programs and build trust with corporate clients. * Champion client-centric approach by gathering insights, customizing training solutions, and ensuring seamless program delivery. * Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to relationship management, to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. * Foster strong, lasting relationships with HR, L&D, and key decision-makers to stay ahead of client needs and industry trends. * Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure flawless program execution, driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
