Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead HR functions, driving 60% of efforts towards maintaining accurate and up-to-date staff records, contracts, and documentation, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance. * Architect and manage leave and attendance systems, utilizing the Odoo platform to track and maintain records, communicate with staff, and verify supporting documents for leave requests. * Drive recruitment support, assisting in job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding processes, while maintaining recruitment trackers and providing updates. * Lead HR data management, maintaining and updating staff master sheets, HR trackers, and coordinating with departments to collect and update HR-related information. * Foster collaboration and communication, working closely with HR and Finance Coordinators on HR and admin tasks, coordinating with departments for documentation and HR processes, and supporting staff ID card preparation. * Oversee administrative functions, dedicating 30% of efforts towards: * Managing office premises, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of facilities. * Coordinating inventory and store management, receiving supplies, maintaining accurate records, and providing monthly stock and usage reports. * Supporting visitor and field logistics, maintaining records, and assisting with field movements as required. * Developing and submitting regular reports to the Finance and HR Coordinator, assisting in administrative and HR reporting tasks.

Requirements

Skills

Strong organizational and record-keeping skillsFamiliarity with HR systems (e.g., Odoo)Good communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Additional

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Odoo) is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
  • Ability to work independently and attend online-based meeting training through Teams
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required
