Key Responsibilities
* Lead the financial audit process, ensuring transparency and accountability to the supreme authority.
* Drive the review of monthly and yearly financial statements to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Manage bank reconciliation statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Authenticate daily cash and bank transactions, verifying prior approvals, software postings, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
* Architect and implement effective cheque management and dues recovery systems.
* Develop and execute strategies to minimize over-expenditures and optimize financial performance.
* Conduct surprise cash counts on a monthly basis to ensure financial integrity.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax, and VAT regulations, collaborating with tax consultants to submit company assessment files.
* Design and implement financial budgets and budgetary control procedures to drive business growth.
* Analyze budget variances, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Oversee the salary payment process, reviewing and refining it on a monthly basis.
* Develop and execute analytical plans to conduct audits, identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
* Supervise and guide the accounts team, monitoring their activities and operations to ensure seamless financial management.
* Execute special projects and tasks as assigned by management, driving business objectives and outcomes.

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System
