Executive (Internal Audit)

* Spearhead audit testing, including vouching, verification, reconciliations, and walkthroughs to ensure thorough examination of financial, operational, and compliance processes. * Drive the collection and analysis of audit evidence to inform audit findings and recommendations. * Architect and maintain comprehensive audit working papers, documenting procedures, observations, and supporting evidence to ensure transparency and accountability. * Lead the review of internal control systems, identifying weaknesses and deviations from policies, and reporting exceptions and irregularities to senior management. * Champion compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, highlighting non-compliance issues and risks, and assisting in ensuring adherence to internal guidelines. * Collaborate on drafting audit reports, summarizing findings and observations, and providing data and analysis to support reporting requirements. * Manage the tracking of audit recommendation implementation, participating in follow-up audits, and updating status reports on corrective actions. * Foster strong relationships with cross-functional departments, gathering required information, and supporting senior auditors during audit assignments to ensure seamless execution. * Facilitate professional communication with stakeholders, providing timely updates and insights to drive business improvement and growth.
