* Spearhead technical support initiatives, delivering prompt resolutions to end-users' hardware and software issues and ensuring seamless IT operations. * Drive network issue troubleshooting, rapidly identifying and implementing solutions to minimize downtime and optimize system performance. * Manage help desk tickets efficiently, prioritizing and resolving issues in a timely manner to maintain high levels of user satisfaction. * Architect and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, handling the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, network devices, and software applications. * Champion system uptime through proactive checks, preventive maintenance, and continuous monitoring of antivirus, firewall, and security systems. * Lead network administration efforts, overseeing setup, diagnostics, and performance optimization of routers, switches, wireless access points, and other network devices. * Develop and implement robust inventory management processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT assets and informing hardware and software procurement decisions. * Design and deliver user training programs, empowering staff with knowledge of IT policies, troubleshooting techniques, and software applications to enhance overall IT literacy. * Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, capturing best practices, common issues, and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and inform future IT strategies.
