Key Responsibilities

* Drive recruitment efforts by identifying talent needs and developing strategic sourcing plans to attract top candidates. * Architect a robust candidate pipeline by leveraging job portals, employee referrals, and professional networks. * Coordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for hiring managers and candidates alike. * Craft and finalize employment contracts and official letters, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. * Lead the onboarding process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. * Manage and maintain accurate records, including attendance, leave management, compensation, and employee files, to ensure data integrity and compliance. * Develop and implement effective HR database management systems, ensuring easy access to employee information and personnel files. * Collaborate with HR leadership to develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs, driving a culture of compliance and excellence. * Provide administrative support to the HR team, performing tasks such as data entry, reporting, and special projects as needed to drive HR operations forward.
