* Drive production planning and execution to meet company targets and buyer quality standards, ensuring seamless daily operations. * Architect daily work programs, production plans, and schedules, collaborating with Management and Production Managers to achieve desired outcomes. * Lead the production team to achieve daily targets, providing guidance and support to overcome obstacles and ensure uninterrupted production. * Spearhead sample production for buyer approval, directing the Production and Sample teams to meet quality and timeline requirements. * Monitor production progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures to ensure production limits are met and schedules are adhered to. * Manage quality control, guiding subordinates to maintain exportable quality standards and addressing quality issues promptly. * Implement cost-saving measures, enforcing price-controlled policies throughout the production process to minimize costs. * Collaborate with the Production Manager to optimize production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste. * Champion compliance and safety protocols, ensuring adherence to buyer requirements and implementing necessary safety measures. * Foster a culture of human rights and development, working closely with Admin, HR, and Compliance departments to uphold organizational policies and values. * Oversee subordinate responsibilities, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and objectives. * Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned by Management, driving continuous improvement and growth.
