* Deliver high-quality healthcare services to patients in hospital and health camp settings, ensuring exceptional care and support. * Manage patient data and records, including maintaining accurate registers and entering patient information into medical systems. * Drive the preparation and organization of health camps, including requisitions and logistics, to ensure seamless execution. * Oversee medical facility operations, including inventory management of medicines and supplies, to ensure efficient and effective care. * Provide empathetic counseling and guidance to patients, addressing their concerns and promoting healthy practices. * Champion family planning services, advocating for eligible couples and promoting awareness and education. * Architect training programs for staff development, focusing on family data management and smart card ID implementation. * Lead the preparation and maintenance of treatment rooms, medical instruments, and equipment, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patients. * Conduct patient interviews, documenting medical histories and entering data into facility systems. * Assist physicians during medical procedures, providing support and care to patients. * Collaborate with healthcare providers to record treatments, medications, and prescriptions, adhering to established guidelines and protocols. * Foster a professional and inclusive atmosphere, promoting exceptional patient care and service. * Administer medications and provide pre- and post-care instructions, as prescribed by physicians. * Develop and maintain expertise in medical office management systems and procedures, ensuring efficient and effective operations. * Participate in ongoing training and development, including workshops and refresher sessions, to enhance skills and knowledge. * Design and deliver awareness sessions for patients, promoting health education and awareness. * Uphold organizational protocols and codes of conduct, including PSEAH and Safeguarding policies, to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all.
