Intern - Production Planning & Inventory

* Spearhead inventory management by maintaining precise records of raw materials used in battery manufacturing operations. * Architect and execute production orders to drive seamless operations and maximize efficiency. * Oversee and analyze raw material usage during production to identify areas for optimization. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely material availability, minimize waste, and promote a culture of lean manufacturing. * Develop and deliver data-driven reports on production efficiency, inventory levels, and material consumption to inform management decisions. * Drive strategic partnerships with inventory management, production planning, and distribution teams to align processes and achieve business objectives. * Implement and manage inventory control methodologies, including FIFO, FEFO, GDR, and safety stock, to ensure compliance and minimize risk. * Apply ABC classification to categorize and prioritize inventory, enabling targeted management and optimization strategies. * Lead inventory demand planning and forecasting efforts to anticipate and respond to changing business needs. * Manage and optimize warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage, handling, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.
