Architect

* Spearhead collaborative efforts with cross-functional project teams to conceptualize, develop, and refine architectural designs, drawings, and details. * Foster strategic partnerships with external consultants, including architects, structural engineers, MEP experts, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution throughout the entire lifecycle. * Conduct regular site visits to assess project quality, monitor progress, and verify compliance with design specifications and drawings. * Drive compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company standards by reviewing and analyzing construction drawings. * Lead the review and submission process for RAJUK drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to requirements. * Facilitate collaboration with internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve design and construction-related issues, promoting a culture of open communication and problem-solving. * Develop captivating project presentations and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas. * Architect and prepare detailed Sketchup models, interior designs, and drawings that bring projects to life. * Manage the preparation of detailed project documentation, including drawings and specifications, to ensure comprehensive project delivery. * Embrace a flexible and adaptable approach, taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management to drive project success and business growth.
