* Spearhead financial management by maintaining accurate and up-to-date daily Cash Book and Ledger Book records. * Drive budgeting and reporting processes, ensuring seamless documentation and compliance. * Manage banking operations, including regular updates and maintenance of related documents. * Conduct regular field visits to verify Passbook and other account documents, ensuring transparency and accountability. * Leverage expertise in managing Microcredit Groups to inform and improve financial operations. * Champion the use of Microcredit Software (Microfin 360), staying up-to-date with the latest technology and trends. * Foster strong relationships with Microcredit Groups, including defaulters, through regular visits and proactive engagement.
