Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions to drive business growth and enhance employee productivity.
* Architect and manage IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure, to ensure seamless operations.
* Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and advertising campaigns, to maximize online presence.
* Design and develop innovative digital content, such as social media posts, banners, and ads, to engage target audiences.
* Develop and execute social media marketing strategies, leveraging platforms like Google, Facebook, and websites to boost brand visibility.
* Create compelling visual content, including videos, graphics, and promotional materials, to support marketing efforts.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including hardware and software faults, to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
* Provide top-notch support to stakeholders, including procedural documentation, reports, and training, to ensure IT literacy.
* Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues to facilitate collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
* Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment, including software, hardware, NVR & IP cameras, and CCTV systems, to ensure optimal performance.
* Conduct IT audits, inventory management, and electrical safety checks to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
* Coordinate administrative tasks with external partners to drive efficiency and productivity.
* Resolve domain and hosting-related issues, and provide expertise on email servers, file servers, and ERP systems.
* Deliver desktop and network support, including attendance system support, CCTV surveillance, web meetings, and conference meetings, to ensure seamless operations.
* Develop and implement HR and admin-related solutions, including payroll server management, to drive business excellence.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies to continuously improve IT processes and systems.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Master of Science (MSc)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Master’s degree (MSc in CSE/IT or MBA in MIS)
Additional
- Only Male
- At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- The applicants should have experience in all kinds of IT Support
- Must be able to work for longer hours when needed
- Good command over English and Bengali writing and speaking
