Sr. Executive / Executive -IE (Knit Garments)

* Drive industrial engineering initiatives to optimize knit garment production for high-profile export clients, focusing on efficiency and productivity. * Architect workspace layouts and equipment arrangements to maximize output using industrial engineering methodologies and tools. * Apply statistical analysis and mathematical modeling to inform manufacturing processes, staffing requirements, and production benchmarks. * Develop and implement daily standard input ratios, educating workers on new methods to enhance garment manufacturing efficiency. * Analyze worker efficiency on a daily and monthly basis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to boost individual productivity. * Conduct time and motion studies, as well as idle man-machine hour analyses, to identify opportunities for optimization. * Create monthly manpower projections and perform labor cost analyses to inform standard improvements. * Design and manage capacity charts, loading plans, and finishing schedules, mitigating deviations in the planning process. * Review production schedules, engineering specifications, and orders to stay informed about manufacturing methods and activities. * Spearhead productivity enhancements, ensuring alignment with company standards and expectations. * Lead and guide the team, assessing subordinate performance and developing result-oriented professionals. * Determine operator capacity through time studies, planning improvements to optimize production. * Develop and maintain worker skill matrices, monitoring production and identifying areas for growth. * Create operation breakdowns and layouts, calculating manpower and machinery requirements. * Stay up-to-date on area-specific information, maintaining daily industrial engineering reports and collaborating with planning and IE teams to drive productivity improvements. * Ensure adherence to Industrial Engineering Department instructions and guidelines.
