• Lead the Compliance Department, driving overall functions to ensure seamless operations and adherence to industry standards. • Architect and execute comprehensive factory audits, aligning with SEDEX, WRAP, C-TPAT, ISO, and other regulatory requirements to guarantee social, ethical, environmental, and supply chain security compliance. • Drive the closure of pending NCS, develop audit CAP reports, and communicate updates to buyers, ensuring timely follow-up and implementation. • Develop and implement compliance programs, ensuring alignment with buyers' Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements to maintain operational integrity. • Oversee the implementation of fire and safety protocols, adhering to BNBC, ACCORD, Alliance, and NFPA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. • Manage RSC/NIRAPON audits and CAP, ensuring effective closure and compliance. • Champion environmental and sustainability initiatives, overseeing related issues and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. • Maintain up-to-date factory documents, ensuring compliance with legal and buyer requirements. • Review and update policies, procedures, and manuals to align with buyer requirements and industry standards. • Ensure regular monitoring of health and safety issues, conducting internal training and awareness programs to promote a safe and healthy work environment. • Coordinate environmental sustainability initiatives, such as water and energy conservation, waste management, and other eco-friendly practices. • Implement industrial laws, international labor laws, and buyers' Code of Conduct, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements. • Drive the implementation of EMS and QMS, based on ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 standards, to maintain high levels of environmental and quality management. • Foster a culture of discipline and compliance, conducting training programs to enhance employee knowledge and adherence to regulatory requirements. • Monitor compliance status, ensuring timely implementation of CAP and adherence to buyer requirements, relevant laws, and international standards.
