* Spearhead project initiatives by developing comprehensive briefs and conceptual designs for diverse projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce architectural construction drawings and documents. * Drive design and construction management efforts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. * Craft compelling 3D visualizations under the guidance of the Team Leader Architect, bringing design concepts to life. * Design and develop working drawings utilizing cutting-edge computer-aided design software, including SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray, LUMION Render, and Photoshop. * Stay at the forefront of modern interior and exterior design concepts, applying expertise to create innovative and functional spaces. * Lead the design of various projects, including residences, offices, resorts, retail shops, restaurants, and pavilions, delivering comprehensive working drawings that meet client needs. * Adapt to evolving design requirements, taking on additional design-related responsibilities as assigned by management to drive business growth and excellence.
