Executive / Senior Executive - Transport & Workshop Procurement

* Drive end-to-end procurement strategies for vehicle-related items, spare parts, consumables, and repair & maintenance services, ensuring timely availability and cost efficiency. * Architect and maintain a robust vendor management framework, sourcing and procuring materials and services while negotiating optimal prices and ensuring quality standards. * Lead contract management initiatives, overseeing the procurement of workshop services, transport-related contracts, and repair & maintenance services, with a focus on compliance, cost efficiency, and quality. * Spearhead cost control and negotiation efforts, conducting market analysis, price comparisons, and rate negotiations to optimize costs without compromising quality. * Manage and process procurement transactions in ERP, maintaining accurate records, documentation, and ensuring audit compliance. * Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams, including transport, maintenance, and operations, to drive requirement planning, coordinate workshop activities, and ensure seamless operational support. * Inform budgeting and forecasting decisions, monitoring vendor performance, and optimizing resource allocation to ensure uninterrupted operations and drive business growth.
