Key Responsibilities

* Drive exceptional patient experiences by delivering personalized, professional support to patients and customers. * Architect efficient billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely management of patient invoices, payments, and collections. * Safeguard patient confidentiality by maintaining secure, up-to-date records and billing information. * Resolve patient inquiries regarding billing, insurance claims, and payment procedures in a responsive and empathetic manner. * Educate patients and their families on hospital services, charges, and policies, promoting transparency and trust. * Collaborate with the Accounts and Finance department to ensure seamless reconciliation and reporting processes. * Develop and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly billing and collection reports using MS Word and Excel, informing data-driven decisions. * Lead the resolution of billing discrepancies and disputes, ensuring prompt and professional issue resolution. * Enhance front desk operations by providing administrative support, fostering a smooth and satisfying patient experience. * Partner with cross-functional teams, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff, to deliver patient-centered care and drive service excellence.

Requirements

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong knowledge of billing procedures and payment systemsCustomer service orientation with problem-solving abilityProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to multitask and work under pressureAccuracy in handling financial data and patient records

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management

Additional

  • Knowledge of hospital billing software or ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to maintain a professional and empathetic attitude with patients under stressful situations
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, if required
