• Spearhead urgent care for emergency patients, including those with accidents, trauma, and critical illnesses • Deliver prompt and effective first treatment and stabilization interventions • Make informed decisions regarding patient admission and discharge • Facilitate seamless referrals to specialist care when necessary • Expertly manage and execute emergency procedures, including CPR, suturing, and injections, to ensure optimal patient outcomes
