* Drive efficient operation of the HP Indigo 7 Color Digital Printing Machine, ensuring seamless production and minimal downtime. * Architect job setups, configuring paper size, layout, color profiles, and registration to meet precise printing requirements. * Spearhead color management, guaranteeing accurate Pantone standard color matching and monitoring print quality to prevent defects. * Lead quality control initiatives, identifying and resolving issues such as color variation, misalignment, and banding to ensure exceptional output. * Manage pre-press processes, reviewing print files, coordinating corrections with design teams, and ensuring proper RIP and color calibration. * Oversee material handling, selecting the correct paper types, GSM, and materials, while monitoring ink and consumable usage to optimize resources. * Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting technical faults, and coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure optimal performance. * Achieve daily production targets, maintaining accurate records of production, wastage, and downtime, and collaborating with QA and planning teams to drive efficiency. * Champion compliance and safety protocols, adhering to machine operational guidelines, upholding 5S standards, and ensuring alignment with factory policies and procedures.
