Key Responsibilities

* Drive business growth through daily field work and strategic sales initiatives * Architect and execute comprehensive sales and marketing programs to achieve company targets * Deliver high-impact marketing presentations and pitches to clients and prospects * Foster strong client relationships by understanding and addressing their needs and requirements * Lead client acquisition efforts, expanding the client database and identifying new business opportunities * Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize efficiency and drive collective success * Identify and capitalize on emerging market segments, leveraging innovative ideas to boost sales * Develop in-depth knowledge of key market segments, including Prefabricated Steel Structure, Architectural and Structural Consultancy, Engineering Consultancy, and Interior Design * Pursue corporate sales opportunities in the Real Estate, Steel Building, and Interior Design sectors, driving revenue growth through strategic client relationships and partnerships * Manage a high volume of client visits, building and maintaining a strong network of corporate clients and stakeholders

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • BBA, MBA, Graduate, Post Graduate, Masters from any discipline.

  • Experienced candidate served in Engineering/ Construction/ Prefabricated Steel Structure Company may also apply with any discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of computer operation
  • Candidates who own a motorcycle will be given preference.
  • Male and females are allowed to apply.
  • Should have good presentation skill.
  • Should have good communication skill in English.
  • Should have dynamic, energetic and presentable personality.
  • Be ready to take the challenges for achieving sales target.
  • Able to work under pressure.
