* Drive business growth through daily field work, developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing programs that meet company targets. * Architect and deliver compelling marketing presentations to clients, showcasing the company's expertise in Prefabricated Steel Structure, Architectural & Structural Consultancy, Engineering Consultancy, and Interior Design. * Foster strong client relationships by understanding and addressing their needs, and expanding the client database through proactive outreach and engagement. * Lead market research and analysis to identify new segments and opportunities, staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity. * Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize efficiency, share best practices, and leverage collective expertise to drive sales and revenue growth. * Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to penetrate the Real Estate, Steel Building, and Interior Design sectors, and capitalize on emerging market opportunities. * Manage a high volume of corporate client visits, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers to drive business development and growth. * Innovate and apply creative solutions to stay ahead of the competition, and consistently deliver results that exceed sales targets and company expectations.
