Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the creation and dissemination of HR documents, including appointment letters, contracts, and policy updates, to ensure seamless employee onboarding and compliance.
* Architect and maintain a centralized repository of employee data, including personal files, contracts, and HR records, to facilitate easy access and updates.
* Drive the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, standard operating procedures, and internal guidelines to foster a positive and productive work environment.
* Oversee monthly payroll processing, including salary preparation, overtime calculation, and deductions, to ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees.
* Manage and administer employee benefits, such as leave, allowances, and insurance, to promote employee well-being and satisfaction.
* Lead the final settlement process, including PF, gratuity, and clearance, to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.
* Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, from job advertisement posting to candidate communication, to attract and retain top talent.
* Resolve employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and disputes in a fair and timely manner, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
* Ensure adherence to Bangladesh Labor Law and company policies, conducting investigations and maintaining proper documentation as needed.
* Craft and publish job advertisements on various platforms, including newspapers, job portals, and social media, to reach a wide audience.
* Maintain meticulous HR documentation to support audit and compliance requirements, including internal and external audits, and ISO documentation.
* Monitor and analyze attendance, leave records, absenteeism, and overtime to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Guarantee proper documentation and approval of attendance and leave, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
* Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to supporting the organization's goals.
